Raise a concern, complaint or grievance with the club. It goes to our Child Safety Officers and is handled confidentially.

This form is not monitored 24/7. If a child is in immediate danger, call 000; after-hours child protection concerns 13 12 78.

Your name and contact details are optional, but leaving them helps us follow up with you.

We handle your information sensitively and only use it to respond to your concern. You can raise a concern anonymously, though it may limit our ability to follow up.
